Inspired by the sculptural work of Barbara Hepworth, the Single Form I Ring explores the relationship between form and space. Hand-carved in wax before being cast in precious metal, the design reflects an interest in organic abstraction and the expressive potential of negative space.

The ring's open form creates a generous void, lending a sense of lightness and balance to the piece. Its sculptural silhouette invites light to pass through and around the form, creating a wearable interpretation of the dialogue between presence and absence that characterises much of Hepworth's work.

Available in sterling silver or 9 carat yellow gold.

Each piece in this collection begins as a hand-carved wax model, created by me in my Sydney studio. Once your order is placed, the ring is cast by reputable Australian casters using Australian-sourced precious metals, then carefully hand-finished by me.
